Richard Carter

My wife, Sandy Pederson, and I bought our home on the Mesa in 2003 and believed that Boise’s 2004 annexation was a good reason to become active in our neighborhood’s activities.

My main points of interest are: cleanliness, safety, and traffic. In the past, I've served on two other neighborhood associations’ Board of Directors.

I have recently retired from teaching middle and grade school students for 30+ years and thoroughly enjoy the serenity and cordiality of our hillside environment.
